I created this piece during one of the darkest periods of my life—a time when I felt the presence of a community, yet remained isolated in my inner world. It portrays the solitude of suffering through the image of a woman who embraces herself, even as her soul silently yearns for connection. This work is an intimate exploration of vulnerability, reflecting my personal struggle to open up and trust others with my deepest pain.
